The remainder will have to be Push/Pull\, Squat Only\, Bench Only or Deadlift Only. Spots are open on a first come basis regardless. \nALL LIFTERS MUST WEAR SINGLETS. This is ALL LIFTERS in ALL EVENTS in ALL SPF MEETS.
